Clouds Muse, sitting up there, please just buzz off

Dear Muse,

Thanks ever so much for enthusing me today, and I really feel that over the last few days I've done some excellent work, and made some excellent progress with my story. It's all about kick-ass killer toad-monsters who come down to earth to... well, I won't bore you with the details.

The only problem is that when I was finishing up my synopsis for the plot I'd developed, you accidentally zapped me again - and now I have two different plots that seem to be equally as good. Now, I'm really grateful for all your efforts... but did you have to do that? Really? It's easy enough to get confused at the best of times, but now I'm totally shattered.

Do you know what - actually, I've decided I hate you. You're destroyed my life and I don't know how I'm going to recover.

Yours sincerely,

Adam Read.

P.S. If you steal my killer toad-monsters idea, I'm going to be seriously cross. But not too much. Love to you and the grand-kids!
